Terms of Use

Using Velora Intelligence.

Effective August 16, 2026

This page is written in plain language to describe what Velora actually does today. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney.

These Terms cover your use of Velora Intelligence, the private seller-preparation workspace at /velora-intelligence. By using it, you agree to the terms below.

What Velora Is (and Is Not)

Velora Intelligence helps real-estate advisors prepare for listing conversations using sourced market evidence. Velora is not legal, tax, financial, appraisal, or valuation advice, and it is not a brokerage. Velora is not a comparative market analysis (CMA), an automated valuation model (AVM), an appraisal, a broker price opinion (BPO), a replacement for MLS data, or a tool for producing exact pricing.

Not Professional Advice

Nothing Velora generates should be treated as a substitute for a licensed professional's judgment, including legal, tax, financial, appraisal, or brokerage advice. Velora is a preparation aid, not a decision-maker.

Your Responsibility as the Advisor

You remain solely responsible for your own professional judgment, for reviewing any Velora output before relying on or sharing it, and for complying with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and brokerage/MLS rules that apply to your work.

Fair Housing & Anti-Steering

You must not use Velora to discriminate against, steer, or make housing-related decisions about any person on the basis of a protected class, or to rank, describe, or recommend neighborhoods using protected-class proxies (such as school quality, crime, or "family-friendliness") in a way that violates fair housing law. Velora's own content boundaries are designed to reduce this risk, but you remain responsible for how you use and communicate any output.

Sensitive Client Information

Only enter client financial, transaction, or legal details into Velora if you have the authority to do so and it's appropriate for the context — Velora is a research and preparation tool, not a system of record for sensitive client data.

Private Case Links

A private Case link grants access to that Case's saved content. You're responsible for protecting private Case links the same way you'd protect any other confidential work document, and for revoking a link that's no longer needed or may have been shared inappropriately.

Service Availability & AI Output

Velora depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers; availability, response time, and output quality may vary, and AI-generated content may be imperfect, incomplete, or occasionally wrong. Velora labels output that isn't from a live model honestly (see the Trust & AI Disclosure page) rather than presenting it as live when it isn't.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Velora does not guarantee any listing outcome, pricing accuracy, sale timeline, or other business result. Market evidence shown may be broader-context (county, metro, state, or national) rather than property-specific, and public data sources can lag current market conditions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Velora to violate any law, to attempt to bypass its access controls or evidence/content boundaries, to misrepresent Velora's output as independently verified fact without your own review, or to use the service in a way that could harm Velora, its users, or third parties.

Intellectual Property

The Velora name, design, and underlying platform are the property of New Level Design Studio. Reports and dossiers generated for your own Case are yours to use in your professional work; you don't acquire rights to the underlying platform, evidence sourcing methodology, or Velora brand.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Velora is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Level Design Studio and Velora are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Velora or reliance on its output. This is general plain-language contract language, not a substitute for a formal legal review of your specific use.

Termination

Access to Velora, including a private Case link, may be suspended or terminated if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated — including fair-housing misuse, attempts to bypass access controls, or other harmful use.
