Privacy Policy

How Velora handles information.

Effective August 16, 2026

This page is written in plain language to describe what Velora actually does today. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney.

This policy covers Velora Intelligence, the private seller-preparation workspace at /velora-intelligence and the private Case links it generates. It does not cover Velora Experience's separate marketing/demo pages, which collect no comparable information.

What Velora Is

Velora Intelligence is a private seller-preparation intelligence workspace for real-estate advisors. This policy explains what information Velora collects, how it's used, and the choices available to you.

Information You May Provide

  • The questions or prompts you ask Velora Intelligence.
  • Property addresses used to resolve market context.
  • The content of a saved Case, including evidence references and any generated reports.
  • Private advisor notes you add to a Case.
  • Contact or inquiry information (such as your name and email) if you reach out to us directly.

Information Collected Automatically

Velora's hosting infrastructure automatically records standard server logs (such as request timing and error information) needed to operate and secure the service. Velora does not currently run third-party analytics or advertising tracking. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

How We Use Information

  • To generate Velora Intelligence responses and reports.
  • To save a Case and let you reopen it later.
  • To generate Listing Positioning Reports and Seller Decision Dossiers from a Case's saved evidence.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
  • To debug issues and monitor performance.
  • To improve the quality of Velora's product over time.

AI Provider Disclosure

Velora currently uses Anthropic's Claude models to generate live intelligence. Only the relevant prompt and supporting context needed for a specific request is sent for generation — never a Case's full history at once, and never advisor notes. Advisor notes are excluded from AI prompts, Listing Positioning Reports, and Seller Decision Dossiers; they are never sent to Anthropic or any AI provider. We don't make claims here about how Anthropic itself retains or trains on data beyond what Anthropic documents — for current information about that, refer to Anthropic's own privacy documentation directly.

How Information Is Shared

  • With our hosting provider, to run the application and store Case data.
  • With Anthropic, to generate live intelligence responses.
  • Where required to comply with law, protect the security of the service, or protect the rights and safety of Velora, its users, or others.
  • Velora does not sell personal information.

Private Case Links

A saved Case is reachable through a private link. Anyone who has that link can open the Case unless it has been revoked — treat it like a private work document, not a public page. A Case's private link can be revoked (disabled) at any time from within the Case itself.

Retention & Deletion

Velora currently retains Case data (saved intelligence, evidence references, report artifacts, and advisor notes) for as long as the Case remains active, so it can be reopened later. If you'd like a Case deleted, or want to ask what information Velora holds about you, contact us at the email below and we'll respond as quickly as we're able.

Your Choices & Contact

You choose what to enter into Velora — including whether to save a Case, add advisor notes, or provide contact details. For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests, contact veloraexperiencehq@gmail.com.

Changes to This Policy

Velora is under active development, and this policy may be updated as the product changes. The effective date above reflects the most recent update; material changes will be reflected here.
